These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SalesOpsCoach website, courses, tools, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1) Who We Are

SalesOpsCoach (“SalesOpsCoach,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides educational content and tools related to sales operations, sales strategy, sales enablement, and related topics.

2) Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account and purchase paid products.

If you create an account, you are responsible for:

  • maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and
  • all activity that occurs under your account.

3) Educational Purpose Only (No Professional Advice)

The Service is provided for educational and informational purposes only. We do not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, medical, or other professional advice.

You are responsible for how you use information from the Service, and you should consult qualified professionals as needed.

4) Purchases, Subscriptions, and Payments

Some parts of the Service may require payment (e.g., courses, subscriptions, or digital products). Prices and features may change from time to time.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers (such as Stripe). Your payment information is handled by the payment provider under their terms and policies.

5) Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident in your investment.

Courses (One-Time Purchases)
If you are not satisfied with a course for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date. Refund requests made after 14 days from the purchase date are not eligible for a refund.

Subscriptions (Recurring Plans)
If you purchase a subscription plan, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial subscription start date. Refund requests made after 30 days from the initial subscription start date are not eligible for a refund.

After the applicable refund window has passed, payments are non-refundable. Cancelling a subscription will prevent future charges but does not automatically generate a refund for past payments outside the refund window.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of abuse, excessive usage inconsistent with normal learning behavior, or violation of these Terms.

6) License to Use the Service

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.

You may not:

  • share your account access,
  • resell or redistribute course content,
  • copy, scrape, or download content in bulk (except where explicitly allowed),
  • reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code or underlying models (where applicable),
  • use the Service for unlawful or abusive purposes.

7) Intellectual Property

All content and materials on the Service—including text, graphics, videos, audio, course structure, trademarks, logos, and other materials—are owned by SalesOpsCoach or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content except as permitted by these Terms or with our written permission.

8) User Content

If you submit content to the Service (for example, comments, form entries, or messages), you grant SalesOpsCoach a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content to operate and improve the Service.

You represent that you have the right to submit the content and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

9) AI Features and Outputs (If Available)

The Service may include AI-enabled features (for example, training simulations or suggested responses).

You understand and agree:

  • AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated.
  • You are responsible for reviewing and validating outputs before relying on them.
  • You will not use AI outputs as a substitute for professional advice.
  • You will not provide sensitive personal information in AI prompts.

We may use de-identified or aggregated usage data to improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

10) Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • violate any applicable laws or regulations,
  • interfere with or disrupt the Service,
  • attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems,
  • upload malicious code,
  • harass, abuse, or harm others,
  • use the Service to generate or share illegal, harmful, or infringing content.

11) Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

12) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SALESOPSCOACH WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT WILL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM (OR $100 IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID ANY AMOUNTS), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

13) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we believe you violated these Terms or if required to protect the Service or other users.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Certain sections of these Terms will survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability).

14) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will reflect the most recent version. Continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

15) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where SalesOpsCoach is based, without regard to conflict of law principles.
